Ingredients

• Baby potatoes – 1 kilogram
• Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Curry leaves – 10
• Oil – as needed
• Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• Red chilli powder – 1 to 2 teaspoons
• Red color – optional
• Tamarind (imli) chutney – as needed

Directions

1) Cut the potatoes in half and boil them with little salt. Make sure the potatoes are not over cooked.

2) Heat oil. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

3) Next, add in the boiled potatoes and mix gently.

4) Lastly, add the imli chutney. Garnish with coriander.
