Suji Halwa

Ingredients

• Ghee – 2 Tablespoons
• Coarse semolina – 3/4th cup
• Water – 2 cups
• Coconut powder – 4 Tablespoons
• Sugar – 1 cup (as per taste)
• Nuts – optional (dry roasted)

Directions

1) Heat ghee, add semolina.
2) Make sure you continuously stir the semolina, till it turns light brown.
3) Add water to the well roasted semolina.
4) Further add coconut powder and sugar.
5) Cook till the semolina thickens and leaves the edges of your pan.
6) Garnish with roasted nuts.
