Pineapple Delight

Pineapple Delight

• Nestlé cream – 3 cans
• Canned pineapple rings – 1 large can
• Condensed milk – 400 ml
• Gelatine – 2 sachets or 30 grams
(soaked and dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water)
• Almonds – 10 (with skin)


1) Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set.

2) Garnish with jelly cubes and pineapple pieces and serve chilled.

N.B – To make firm jelly cubes dissolve one packet of strawberry jelly in 1 cup of hot water. Once cool, refrigerate for a few hours.
