Fried Chicken

Ingredients

• Chicken – 1/2 kilogram
• Egg – 1 beaten
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tablespoon heaped
• Yoghurt – 3 teaspoon heaped
• Lemon – 1/2 small
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt – to taste

Directions

1) Wash the chicken, pat dry and make slits diagonally.
2) Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except the egg for 5-6 hours or overnight for better results.
3) Just before frying, dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg with a little salt and shallow fry them till they are golden brown.
