French Toast


• Bread – 2 thick slices
• Eggs – 2 small
• Milk – 1/4 cup
• Sugar – 1/4 cup or as per taste
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 teaspoon
• Oil – as needed


1) In a wide bowl, mix the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2) Add eggs and vanilla essence to the milk and mix well.
3) Dip the bread, soaking each side for about 10 seconds and fry in a nonstick pan with little oil.
4) Serve with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and/or fresh fruits.
