Cajun Potatoes with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

• Baby potatoes – 10
• Mayonnaise – 3 Tablespoons
• Garlic mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon
• Maggi chilli garlic sauce – 1 Tablespoon
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Chilli flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
• Italian seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
• Coriander – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped)
• Oil – 2 Tablespoons

Directions

1) Boil the baby potatoes with salt till they are almost done. Keep them aside and press them lightly.

2) Fry these potatoes with oil till they attain a golden brown color.

3) Set the potatoes on the serving plate.

4) Mix the mayonnaise, garlic mayonnaise, chilli powder, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, chilli garlic sauce, garlic powder and italian seasoning together. Add the finely chopped onions to this mix with some coriander.

5) Spread this mix over the potatoes and garnish with coriander.
